I am really looking forward to sharing my thoughts and views with you here on the KPL Basketball Season of 2011. Be sure to check back daily! Cheers! Here is a sample of outstanding work:
Today was the draft for the KPE League season of 2011. Tension was building between the four captains as they drafted their top players for the season. Taylor Fowlers, the only female captain, had first pick for the 2011 season. She chose Raphael Hinjosa to be a part of the "Taylor" team. Hinjosa is sure to have an impressive season and star in the starting lineup. Having second pick, Tariq Muhammad chose Chris Butler to star on his team "Celtics". Butler had proven himself to the captains during pre-season workouts and other captains showed a slight sense of disappointment once he was chosen. We KNOW he will have a dynamite season, most likely scoring on 95 % of his attempted shots. The third pick went to Saintario Mitchell, who showed a very cocky persona the whole draft about himself and his team. Mitchell chose to draft Javon Brooks, a sophmore with a lot of energy and an unbelievable 3 pointer for his team "Polo". Brooks may just out shine Mitchell. Last but not least, Kolajo Okanlawon picked Ronald Confer to be a part of team "Warriors". Confer may be small in stature, but he is surely the perfect point guard with major hops! We are expecting a very competitive season this year. Please check back daily.
